Following a server attack, the forum and support system have been taken offline. Both systems were originally setup around 2006 and as the Digital Northwest team have been focusing on new projects, we have been unable to find the time to upgrade these platforms. We feel that this certainly contributed to the server vulnerability and as a result have decided not to put them back online. We stopped working with OrigenAE at the end of 2008 and with our new ventures we simply can not continue to support this brand. We hope that our loyal customers can understand the our need to do this.
3 years ago the support forum was shut down after running for almost 1 year. During that time a great deal of useful user posts were collected and in the spirit of keeping that information alive as well as hopefully restoring an open community for users to share their experience, we have decided to restore the forum.

OrigenAE has put in place a new support system to give users an improved level of technical support. The system includes a ticket support system as well as a searchable knowledge base that will be constantly expanded upon.

On the 25th of July Uneed International will be re launching itself as OrigenAE AE technology.
From this date forward all the products and promotional media of Uneed International will be re-branded to the new OrigenAE AE brand.
All the existing brands of Uneed International including DIGN, Uneed and Animo will be merged into the one OrigenAE AE name to avoid any further brand confusion, and to reposition ourselves to better reflect our status as the number one brand in HTPC cases.
OrigenAE AE, as part of our new brand, is launching an exciting new web site with some ground breaking content, which we feel will provide a good resource for consumers to learn about our products and company. The web site will also provide useful information, downloads, forums and a detailed FAQ section for our existing customers.
Some minor model number changes will occur including:
